Exchange Online (Plan 1) [New Commerce Experience]

Microsoft Exchange Online (Plan 1) is a hosted email service that allows businesses to work smarter and more efficiently. The product helps businesses maintain control over their environment because they have the advantage of hosting email on Microsoft servers.


Businesses can manage their employees and their clients efficiently with the Exchange admin centre – an easy-to-use, web-based interface. Exchange Online enables businesses to run In-Place eDiscovery across Exchange, SharePoint, and Skype for Business data from a single interface through the eDiscovery Center. Using the Tooltip Icon with mobile device policies, administrators can create approved mobile device lists, enforce PIN lock, and remove confidential company data from lost phones.


Users can connect supported versions of Outlook to Exchange Online so there’s no need to disrupt workflow. They can also compare calendars to schedule meetings and access collaboration features, including shared calendars, groups, the global address list, external contacts, tasks, conference rooms, and delegation capabilities.

Exchnage Online (Plan 2) [New Commerce Experience]

Microsoft Exchange Online (Plan 2) includes all the features of Exchange Online (Plan 1), plus unlimited storage, hosted voicemail, and data loss prevention.


Exchange Online (Plan 2) enables businesses to run In-Place eDiscovery across Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams data from a single interface through the eDiscovery Center.
