Dear, valued customers,
The holidays are fast upon us, and as we prepare for our own automated opening hours to be set, we thought it would be timely to remind you to get your customer's announcements ready.
To set the opening hours during the holiday seasons and to play a custom announcement you will need to utilise two objects from your customer's PBX portal; the first being a timecondition, which will allow you to set the hours and days of operation, and the second being an announcement object, which will play an updated message to let callers know the opening hours, you can either record these for your customers through the object or order a professional voice artist service from the order services tab of your customers portal (48 hours lead time required).
One last thing, please note that our hours of operation will change slightly during the holiday period, allowing our team a well-earned break to spend their evenings with loved ones as Christmas and the New Year approaches. We will be closed on the 26th and 27th of December and the 2nd of January for the public holidays; and we will close early at 5:30 PM (AEDT) on the 23rd of December.
